The “Did You Know” series of videos on YouTube are great visuals of explaining to us how the world is changing. The speed is so fast that many of us find it difficult to keep up with. It is challenging and our need for self innovation is not a one time event but a constant process we must undertake. Just as the world is changing so must we. But our change must be meaningful change grounded in purpose and advancing society in positive directions. What is changing extremely fast is how we get our information. The shift is happening in our benefit. We have access to amazing and engaging free resources now that we have never had access to before. We can get material from experts, watch their speeches on YouTube, or even gather the collective wisdom of our network of friends through social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
