Teambuilding Event

Desired Outcomes: Help participants get to know as many fellow participants as deeply as possible in a condensed time frame. Move towards a more collaborative culture of teamwork for the dual purposes of greater effectiveness and satisfaction.

Format: Learn the value of teamwork and group development by doing it together with activities in mixed groups for real purposes. Utilize a mix of theme-based activities to appeal to all of the diverse learning styles and ways of working together as a team:
A variety of engaging activities will be facilitated to get participants connecting and interacting with each other in a non-awkward icebreaker way!

+ Individual activities. Connecting with self
+ 1:1 activities. Connecting with someone else
+ Small group activities. Connecting with the group
+ Community activities. Connecting with the community
