Wow! I wish I could have been at the launch event too Rishi. I should have crashed on your couch for a week longer! The video I saw of it is inspiring. I couldn't believe how many people were there. Great energy. You and James T are two birds of the same feather. Glad we could all connect that fateful Lincoln Square afternoon.

James T is one of the most inspiring people I have ever met.

I was at that launch event - it was amazing. James had one of the best speeches ever. I asked him how much he practiced, he said he wrote it in the morning.

It turns out James was a National Speech Champion in highschool.

Inspiring story.
Sometimes I do crash on Rishi's couch.
And I love smoothies! Only one thing left to put his smoothie recipe on my food blog vegfusion.

Hi Karen, my thing is creating my own power bars. It helps me start the day and get powered later. I always carry them on me. Maybe I will blog about that next. There are many more ingredients in there than the standards in the photo. I think Rishi has to keep some of them secret! On my last day there we added avocado and he even added broccoli once.

Awesome post! I'm a big believer in starting out the day with a healthy meal too.

Not to be a stickler. But I only count 20 Ingredients:

Is he counting the vitamins as 10 ingredients?
